About Manjit Sareen – Founder, Investor, Advisor & Wellness Advocate.

The Professional

I’m Manjit Sareen — a 49-year-old serial entrepreneur with over 25 years in business across sectors including education, technology, property, renewable energy, and health.

Most recently, I co-founded and led Natterhub, an award-winning EdTech platform designed to help children become kind, savvy, digital citizens. Under my leadership as CEO, Natterhub reached over 12,000 school sign-ups in 88 countries and was acquired by the £500M+ Twinkl group in 2024.

I’ve built multi-million-pound businesses, supported purpose-led startups through advisory and investment, and helped teams and founders scale with strategy, heart, and staying power.

The Personal Transformation

But none of that tells the full story.

In 2017, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis - a moment that forced me to rethink everything. I chose a path of personal agency, education, and experimentation. Through biohacking, holistic therapies, and mindset work, I’ve remained medication-free - with clear brain and spine scans every year since, something I’m profoundly grateful for.

Later, I was also diagnosed with Lyme disease, which added another layer of complexity to my health journey - and deepened my commitment to understanding and optimising my wellbeing.

Then, my son Jaan was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 10, followed by Leukaemia, a blood cancer at age 13. Our family faced the unimaginable. Through it all, I led a company, raised my boys, and quietly rebuilt from within.

Now, I share what I’ve learned - not just from boardrooms and funding rounds, but from moments of stillness, struggle, and strength. It’s the beginning of a new chapter - one where I feel empowered, and where I hope to empower others, too.

My Mission & Values

My mission is to empower - myself, young people, fellow founders, women in tech and anyone navigating complex health challenges.

I believe in the power of accessible knowledge to spark personal agency and transformation. Whether it’s supporting mission-led founders, mentoring the next generation, or sharing what I’ve learned on my health journey - this chapter is about amplifying potential and turning lived experience into meaningful impact.

I’m passionate about championing innovation that helps us live better, longer - and using my platform to elevate conversations around wellbeing, resilience, and purpose.

Healthspan>Lifespan

I believe in living long - and living well.

Whether you’re a founder or parent - you deserve clarity, options, and support.

Empowerment through knowledge

I blend lived experience with business acumen, data with intuition.

Leading with empathy and evidence

This is a new chapter of feeling empowered and empowering others. One where I bring all of it - the strategist, the mother, the investor, the survivor - into every room I enter.
